Six Flags Fright Fest

Senior Trip!

On October 24, 2025, TCA seniors and staff enjoyed the annual Fright Fest trip to Six Flags in Jackson Township, NJ. It’s a trip only for the seniors but students from YABC or Drivers Ed are welcome to come. Students were all provided free food, cups and refills, haunted house permission and a regular entry fee for the rides just by paying 60$. Participants were allowed to pick one entree, one dessert and unlimited refills on whatever drink they chose. The ride lines were long and it was extremely cold outside with a temperature of approximately 43 degrees but once on the rides things felt great with the of adrenaline that only roller coasters can provide! Overall the experience was great

Hello! My name is Serenity Sanchez and I’m a senior at The College Academy. I would like to be in the cosmetology, culinary or fashion field because as a little girl I’ve always loved changing mine and others’ appearances to make them more confident and comfortable, I think even food can make you feel comfortable especially if it relates to your culture! As a journalist one of my goals is to share the things in the world that could heavily influence and impact people of all types with relatable topics from video games, tv shows or books which will mainly talk about self esteem, pop culture, and more.

Kyeanna Gordon

My name is Kyeanna Gordon. My birthday is on December 8th. I’m 16 years old. My favorite things to do in my personal time is sing,dance and play volleyball. I’m so focused on journalism I want to learn new things and be in newspapers. I’m mostly interested in covering for the volleyball team at George Washington high school. I have a lot of goals but my main goal is to finish up high school and go out of state to college.It is important to finish high school because I want to be a cosmetologist.
