1: Chickpeas: Chickpeas are fully of fiber and plant based protein. I like them because they are healthy and is good.
2: Cherry tomatoes: They’re sweet and healthy. Cherry tomatoes are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, and include lycopene and vitamin C which help keep you healthy.
3: Carrots: They’re very healthy and good for your eyesight. According to google, carrots are “a popular root vegetable, typically orange in color, but also available in yellow, white, red, and purple varieties, and are a good source of beta-carotene, fiber, and antioxidants.”
4: Hard boiled eggs: Eggs are a great source of protein and help to fill you up. Try them hard boiled on your salad.
5: Avocado: Avocados are a source of healthy fats and have a nice texture. You can add them in chunks into your salad.
